Kids chalkboard on the wall, with a painted frame.

Faux Brick wall in my sons room, we painted this entire wall, and used my Frog Tape to create the "grout lines". Whenever anyone sees this room in person they always have to touch this wall. It was one of my favorite projects!
Ok Link em up!!!

  12. I read about your hand-painted rug. I think it's genius! It's a great alternative for public places like your little shop. But I just want to know, do you use actual rugs yourself? I hope you're not turned off just because they are difficult to clean. Here in Portland, Oregon, carpet cleaning is considered to be a tough task, but not for the city's professional cleaners.

The people here like to do DIY projects once in a while, but we usually don't do the cleaning ourselves. Carpet cleaning in Portland, Oregon is a serious matter because most types of fabrics are sensitive. We usually leave it to the experts. So I hope you are not discouraged to use rugs in your home just because of the cleaning job. There are people who can do it for you.
