Handmade coffee bean bag Tree Skirt

So today one of my customers at my ETSY store asked if I would be able to make her a tree skirt out of the coffee bean bags and sweaters, so I gave it a try, and this is what I came up with!I did not have a pattern, I just used my existing tree skirt to have a general idea for size, and I just started piecing it together! I used my new serger on every seam to make sure it is very durable, and to keep it from unraveling.
Once I had the basic skirt done, I started adding the cuffs from recycled sweaters, and some patches, just for fun!
Here it is under my tree! I think I may need to make a second one for myself, this one already has a home!

My boyfriend and I are coffee lovers and sun lovers, and I am so excited about the tree skirt and stockings. I also love reused materials and working with crafters whenever I can! Thanks Missy, I can't wait to put this under our tree and hang the stockings. This Christmas is our first since moving in together, and we'll use these things from now on. -Andrea Fox, Ms. Green Quick Fixes.

I really like the addition of the bits of color. It really took it to where it needed to be (but that's just me!).

That is adorable. I think I would like it with just the bean bags no added extras and the the sweaters on the edge but that's just me-I still think it is adorable.
